On November 22nd, 2022, the InCITIES WP3 kickoff meeting took place at TH KÖLN. 13 participants from the InCITIES consortium participated in the discussion in presence and virtually.
The meeting started with a greeting by the TH KÖLN’s vice president for research and knowledge transfer and a workshop on the analysis of the principles defined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (HRS4R). After the workshop, TH KÖLN’s president welcomed the participants. Several experts from TH KÖLN working in equality, diversity, and inclusion joined the group for an informal lunch discussion. The afternoon session was devoted to sharing best practices regarding actions in the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers’ context.
