Pavol Rafajdus holds a position of a Vice rector for Science and Research at the University of Zilina, Slovakia. He is a full professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Department of Power Electrical Systems and Electrical Drives His research is focused on electrical machines, in particular switched reluctance motors and electrical machine properties.
