Prof. Dr. Frauke Kraas is Professor of Urban and Social Geography at the Institute of Geography, University of Cologne. Her work and research focuses on megacity and urbanisation studies, on transformation, disaster risks, health and heritage in urban areas. Her regional focus is on Southeast Asia and India.
