ISCTE has organised, on the 3rd and 4th December 2024, the 6th edition of the Inclusive Recruitment Forum. This initiative aims at debating the most emerging issues regarding the professional integration of people with specific needs and share examples of integration and accessibility measures.
This year’s event was dedicated to the topic of ‘Measures with Impact’, with speakers from organisations that are relevant in the field of inclusion and employability, namely, Michel Page, IKEA, Grace, Auchan, among others.
On December 4th two workshops were organised, one on the topic of Awareness4Change / Raising societal awareness, and another on Inclusive Recruitment / Inclusive Selection.
The Inclusive Recruitment Forum is an initiative organised by ISCTE since 2019, in line with its mission to promote a fairer, more inclusive and equitable society. The full programme can be found here.
