From 2025 March 17th to 21st, Iscte hosted the event ‘ERASMUS BIP – Emerging Technologies for Innovative Entrepreneurship’, organised by Professor Renato Pereira, Deputy Director for Internationalisation and Research at Iscte’s School of Management, with Vice-Rector for the PIONEER Alliance Helena Carreiras as guest.
The abovementioned BIP intended to provide students with both a theoretical understanding and a practical experience of using the most critical emerging technologies with impact on innovative entrepreneurship development.
Classes focused on theoretical content delivery, and on the presentation of different emerging technologies tools and apps. Several small-scale assignments fostered group integration and cohesion to prepare them to the large-scale project to take place during the physical week.
The BIP had the participation of more than 80 students and teachers from University Gustave Eiffel, Laurea University of Applied Sciences and Zlín’s Tomas Bata University.
