We are pleased to share highlights from our presentation at the conference, which focused on advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within higher education. Led by a principal lecturer and RDI specialist from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, the session showcased insights derived from research and developmental work conducted under the InCITIES project, particularly Work Package 4 (WP4).
Utilizing an action research approach, the study explored practical methods for fostering DEI through dialogue-driven strategies. Key focal areas included:

The presentation sparked an engaging dialogue, with attendees offering thoughtful comments and perspectives that enriched the discussion. The interactive session provided an excellent opportunity to disseminate our findings and collaboratively explore ways to further develop this important work.
