On 9 October 2024, UNIZA applied for HRS4R Award. The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, also known as HRS4R is the mechanism through which the European Commission seeks to ensure that concrete steps are put in place by institutions to enhance working conditions for researchers across Europe as set out in the European Charter and Code. This activity is in line with Objective 2 of InCITIES WP3 Talent Scout and Career Opportunities Strategy – Help the partners in shaping a Human Resources for Researchers (HRS4R) and has been led by TH Koln.
