University of Žilina adopted its internal guidelines on prevention and elimination of violence in summer 2023. Since this time the set process has naturally evolved. Therefore, we were happy to welcome again the trainers from the Slovak National Centre for Human Rights. The event, held on the 24th of April, was aimed at the people managers and staff involved in this university process. During the training, the space was provided not just for clarification of the theoretical background related to the violence at the workplace, but also for the reflections of the current university policy and its improvements.
